Data Deletion Request

You can delete your GroupFood account and all associated data yourself — no email or support request required.

Option 1: Delete in the mobile app

Open GroupFood → Profile tab → SettingsDelete Account. Confirm the prompts. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2: Delete on the web

Sign in at groupfoodapp.comProfileDelete Account. Confirm the prompts. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 3: Email us

If you can't access your account, email support@techefficientllc.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your GroupFood account.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted.
